      Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using donderogames.com or any Dondero Games products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
    

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Dondero Games ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of donderogames.com and all associated games and services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, accessing, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on donderogames.com and within our games — including but not limited to game code, software, artwork, graphics, user interface design, game mechanics as expressed in our software, rules text, story and lore, sound effects, maps, unit designs, and the "Gods of War" title and all associated game titles — is the exclusive intellectual property of Dondero Games and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or derived from without our express written permission.
The Dondero Games name, logo, and game titles are proprietary identifiers and may not be used without authorization.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute any game content, code, artwork, rules, or lore from our Services.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Services.
Create derivative works based on any Dondero Games content without express written consent.
Use any automated tool, bot, spider, or scraper to access or extract data from the Services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any server, account, or system associated with the Services.
Cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content to us — such as bug reports, feedback, game suggestions, or community posts — you grant Dondero Games a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, incorporate, and build upon that feedback without obligation or compensation to you. You represent that any content you submit does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Game Rules and Companion AI

Our games may include an AI-powered Rules Companion to assist with gameplay questions. This tool is provided for convenience and informational purposes only. The official written rules govern all disputes. We reserve the right to update game rules and features at any time.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DONDERO GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will do so.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
