Reporting Infringement of Dondero Games Content
If you believe that Dondero Games content is being infringed upon by a third party on another platform or website, please notify us so we can take action. Send a description of the infringement and the location of the infringing content to erik.labonte@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on their behalf) and believe that content on donderogames.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works is sufficient.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our Services (e.g., a URL).
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Designated DMCA Agent

We will respond to valid, complete notices within a reasonable time and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
Send counter-notices to the same address listed above. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will notify the original claimant and may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the claimant seeks a court order.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, Dondero Games has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
Misrepresentation Warning
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
